The Role

This is a full-time position, open to a qualified electrician or a confident 3rd/4th year apprentice. The role will be shaped to suit your experience — whether you're ready to lead or keen to learn, you'll be part of a supportive and down-to-earth team.

You’ll be involved in:

Conducting electrical work across small to large-scale projects

Working independently or alongside a team across Sydney-based sites

Reading and interpreting electrical drawings with accuracy

Liaising with project managers, coordinators, and team members to ensure smooth job delivery

Representing the company professionally with clients and contractors

Occasional regional projects and overtime as required

What We Need From You

Trade qualification as an electrician in NSW (or currently in your 3rd–4th year of apprenticeship)

A valid driver’s licence

Confidence in communicating with clients and representing the business professionally

Willingness to lead, guide, support, and train apprentices as needed

Availability to work standard hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship

Adherence to WHS requirements and company policies

A reliable, proactive attitude and pride in doing things properly
