About Us:
Wellness Sanctuary is an innovative health and wellness clinic dedicated to providing integrated care that supports the whole person. The Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic team member to join our clinic. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients have a seamless and positive experience by providing exceptional administrative support and being a friendly, approachable presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering an exceptional patient experience by providing warm, compassionate, and professional care throughout the clinic.

Supporting and attending to patients receiving treatments such as IV therapy, hyperthermia, and other device-based therapies, ensuring comfort and safety at all times.

Working efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment, adapting to a variety of tasks and responsibilities across the day.

Collaborating closely with the clinical team to assist in treatment preparation, patient flow, and general patient care duties.

Maintaining accurate client records and handling administrative tasks such as bookings, calls, and emails with professionalism and attention to detail.

Advocating for patients’ well-being through a holistic, whole-person approach to support their healing journey.

Contributing to the overall operation and atmosphere of the clinic, including cross-functional support where needed beyond reception duties.

What We’re Looking For:

A friendly, compassionate attitude and a willingness to learn new approaches to wellness care.

Strong focus on customer service with initiative and a team-oriented mindset.

Strong administrative experience

Background or training in health coaching, nutrition, or health and wellness (desirable).

Availability:

Required Days: 4–5 days per week, with core availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Working Hours: Approximately 7–8 hours per day, typically between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
