About the Role:
As a Delivery Driver – Route Support, you will be on the road daily, covering established delivery and pick-up routes as needed. You’ll load your truck with products, deliver and collect from a wide range of customers, and support colleagues across different routes to ensure seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload your vehicle each day with accuracy and care.
• Complete multi-drop deliveries and pick-ups to a variety of customer locations.
• Maintain stock levels and prepare your runs efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Support different delivery routes as required.
• Work closely with your team to uphold service standards.

What You’ll Need:

• A valid MR Driver’s Licence.
• Physical fitness to manage loading and unloading activities.
• A strong work ethic and great attitude towards customer service.
• Confidence using smartphones or tablets for route management.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay motivated.

Preferred Experience (Not Essential):
Background in customer service, delivery driving, logistics, or furniture removals will be highly regarded.
