Randstad is currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers for a Volvo Distribution centre out of Minto. Role is a full time ongoing casual position with temp-to-perm opportunities. Morning Shift only.

Our client, Volvo Group Australia, Minto's location manages the parts distribution of well-known vehicle brands such as Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks, UD Trucks, Volvo Bus, Volvo Penta, Volvo Construction Equipment and others.

About the Role:

Role: Storeperson (forklift driver)

Hours: Morning (07.30AM - 2.00 PM), afternoon(2PM -10PM) shifts available

Days: Mon to Sat

Pay Rate: $41.61 + Penalty rates and overtime

What you will do :

• Loading, unloading, receiving and counting stock
• Checking goods on arrival and before dispatch
• Maintaining and reporting stock levels
• Picking & packing parts according to the picking slip
• Liaising with courier and delivery companies
• High reach forklift operation
• General Warehouse tasks

Who you are

• Forklift Licence LO (Mandatory)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience working as a high reach forklift driver (desirable)
• RF scanning experience (desirable)
• Ability to lift up to 20kgs frequently
• Full working rights- 38 hours per week
• High attention to detail
• Must be able to pass a police check medical and drug & alcohol test
