We are looking for someone to invest it, upskilling them to be a team leader, to be successful you’ll need to:

Master the fundamentals: Properly pack boxes, complete paperwork accurately, load trucks to prevent damage, and follow established procedures.

Demonstrate professionalism: Maintain a tidy appearance, show respect to others, consistently wear the uniform, and be punctual—while also demonstrating a strong desire to learn and grow.

Driver responsibilities: Operate the truck, lead a team, communicate effectively with clients, and resolve any issues that arise.

Key Requirements:

MR driver licence required - You'll be driving MR vehicles safely and responsibly, following all the traffic rules and regulations.

This role requires someone physically fit to handle the demands of lots of walking and moving large items

Keep a neat appearance and courteous demeanour

Self-motivated and dependable

Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to safety

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required

As part of the recruitment process, the successful candidate will be required to complete a National Police check. Employment will be subject to receiving a satisfactory result from this check.
