Who You Are:

A qualified and registered pharmacist who knows their stuff and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves in a busy dispensary.

An experienced dispenser - preferably with experience using Z-software, Medadvisor & Suremed. Australian work experience is required.

Ideally we would like someone who has run a dispensary before, managed staff and taken ownership of the performance of the pharmacy as a whole.

Someone who can effortlessly juggle customer care, managing staff, dispensing duties, and the occasional health food query from a customer wondering if chia seeds really are a superfood (spoiler: they are!).

You live by our values—whether it’s handling a tricky script with honour, taking ownership of a health query, diving into a new supplement with curiosity, or showing urgency when it’s needed.

You’re self-aware, professional, and have a good sense of humour—you know when to laugh, even if it’s at yourself.

The Role:

As a Pharmacist In Charge with us, you’ll be doing more than just counting pills:

Dispense medications & administer vaccinations accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional patient care.

Be the go-to for health advice, whether it’s a question about cold and flu season or which vitamin C tastes the best.

Engage with customers directly, offering a level of service that keeps them coming back (bonus points if you can remember their names and their favourite supplements!).

Work alongside and help manage a team that values integrity, urgency, and curiosity, with a sprinkle of fun.
