The Opportunity

This is an exciting role for an experienced Interior Designer to join a studio that values collaboration, curiosity, and craft. With a strong reputation for design excellence and building lasting client relationships, this team balances experience with a fresh, forward-thinking approach.

You'll be part of a close-knit, highly regarded interiors team—backed by the support and resources of a multidisciplinary practice. Projects span residential, education, mixed-use, and commercial sectors, offering plenty of variety. The team brings a people-focused design approach to every brief, delivering spaces that are both thoughtful and practical.

The Role

This position offers full exposure across the design and delivery process. From concept development and client liaison to documentation, presentations and project strategy, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping outcomes. You’ll work closely with a respected Interiors Director and collaborate alongside talented Seniors and Associates across the studio. The environment is one where initiative is encouraged, responsibility is earned, and growth is supported. There’s a clear path for progression and the opportunity to take on more leadership as your experience grows.

About You

You're someone who thrives in a team environment and enjoys contributing to a shared vision, but you're also comfortable taking ownership and running with tasks.

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of Australian Interior Design experience.
• A relevant degree in Interior Architecture.
• Strong skills across all stages of project delivery.
• Revit proficiency and solid technical knowledge.
• Confident communicator with clients and consultants.
• Eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
• Genuine passion for interiors and collaborative design.
