About the role
Lead the charge in shaping the future of marine resources with a key role focused on strategic advice and policy development.
Our preferred candidate will have the option to be based either Hobart or Launceston.
- Provide high-level policy advice on wild fisheries management.
- Preparation of and implementation of Branch strategies, annual business plans and budgets.
- Represent the Agency at state and national boards and committees.
- Prepare briefings, reports, and submissions.
- Align wild fisheries management with Marine Resources programs.

- A qualification in a relevant discipline.
