About the role

We are looking for 2x highly motivated and experienced Duty Managers to join the dynamic team at Club Quirindi. As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day shift operations of the club, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our members and guests and monitor a portfolio. This full-time role is located in Quirindi, NSW 2343.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing all staff and ensuring excellent customer service

Handling Motel (after hours) and FOH customer inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner

Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies

Enforcing club policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant environment

Coordinating and supervising event setup, execution and breakdown

Providing leadership and support to the front-of-house and reporting to back-of-house teams

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a similar duty manager or operations management role within the hospitality or tourism industry

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact

Proficient in using relevant software and technology to manage operations

High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays

A current RSA & ARCG certificate and First Aid is essential
