About the role
As a Pharmacist within our dedicated team, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality, efficient, and comprehensive range of professional services including clinical, dispensing, production and counselling to both inpatients and outpatients. Your expertise will directly support safe and effective medication management, helping to optimise drug therapy and ensure the best possible outcomes for patients. Working in alignment with SA Health guidelines and relevant legislation, you will contribute to a culture of excellence and patient-centred care.
In this rewarding position, you’ll collaborate closely with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals, providing expert drug and therapeutic advice to support treatment planning and delivery. You’ll also be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team committed to innovation, safety, and continual improvement in pharmacy practice. About You
You are a motivated and detail-oriented pharmacy professional with a strong commitment to patient-centred care and clinical excellence. Your communication, teamwork, and organisational skills allow you to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment, where your technical knowledge and attention to detail help deliver high-quality pharmacy services.
- Hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and are registered or eligible for registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess sound knowledge of clinical pharmacy practice, medication counselling, drug dispensing and general pharmacy procedures.
- Experience in a hospital or community setting, with proven organisational, problem-solving and change management skills.
