Your Role

As a full-time Occupational Therapist, you will:

Provide client-centred assessments and interventions, including Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), Supported Independent Living (SIL) reports, and therapy sessions.

Work with a broad range of people and disabilities within the NDIS sector, tailoring supports to each individual’s unique needs.

Deliver ongoing capacity-building sessions to clients to support their independence, skill development, and ability to achieve their personal goals.

Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to create tailored therapy plans.

Offer therapy in varied settings, including homes, schools, workplaces, and community spaces.

Play a key role in our 2025 expansion into aged care and home care, contributing to innovative care models for a diverse range of clients.

What We’re Looking For

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.

Experience in the NDIS sector, working with a variety of disabilities (preferred but not essential).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.

Dedication to professional growth and contributing to a positive team culture.

A desire to grow with a newly developed business and take on future leadership opportunities.
