About the role

My Future Therapy is seeking a Experienced Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist & Physiotherapist to join our NDIS team on a Contract basis in Sydney NSW (Inner-West). This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing healthcare provider, making a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

What you'll be doing

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and goals

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address physical, cognitive and psychosocial challenges

Collaborate with Clients, Families and other Healthcare Professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care

Provide Therapy interventions such as task analysis, adaptive equipment recommendations for home or work environment modifications

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored therapy plans

Deliver evidence-based speech therapy interventions to help clients improve their communication, swallowing and social interaction skills

Monitor client progress, document clinical notes and adjust therapy plans as needed

Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing individualized treatment plans to address the needs of each client

Delivering a range of Physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription and mobility training

Maintaining detailed client records and documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards

Continuously updating your knowledge and skills to provide the best possible care

What we're looking for

Previous Experience and Exposure within NDIS, HCP, Clinic or Aged Care

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Physiotherapy

Strong clinical skills, including experience conducting assessments and delivering therapy interventions

Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of clients with communication and swallowing difficulties

Can speak Mandarin, Cantonese or Vietnamese is a bonus but not essential

NSW driver's license, National Police Clearance, First Aid Certificate, Working with Children Check and a NDIS Workers Screening Check

Relevant Insurances for Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy Practices & SPA

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning

Own vehicle, mobile and laptop and the ability to WFH
