The Role

We are looking for a vibrant individual that lives and breaths SEO / SEM & can manage their own portfolio of clients and their SEO/SEM strategies.

What the role entails:

• Grow & nurture new & existing SEO/ SEM projects for dedicated accounts
• Manage & execute google ads & meta campaigns with the support of our creative team.
• Strategies, plan, execute & report on SEO & SEM projects
• Engage with clients to develop SEO/SEM plans, overseeing the campaign from strategy to implementation.
• Present SEO /SEM strategies & Insights direct to clients
• Have a consultative approach to account management by understanding client’s needs & ensuring alignment with their business goals.
• Work with our team of designers, copywriters & developers to deliver the best possible outcome for our clients

The Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of SEO/SEM experience, agency experience highly regarded
• Self-starter, with a strong sense of ownership & professionalism
• Can navigate different client personalities and needs.
• Highly organised, thorough and results orientated
• Strong knowledge of SEO Strategy, Keyword research, On-Page SEO, Content Optimisation, and Link Building.
• Capability to integrate technical SEO insights with broader marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Reporting dashboards.
• Proficiency in running Meta & Google ads for SEM.
• Excellent skills in client management and translating SEO / SEM data into actionable insights.
• Proven project management experience, including planning, scoping, and timely delivery within budget.
• Has a flare for fostering & growing relationships
• Highly effective presentation & communication skills both verbal & written
• Proven ability to manage and support multiple projects and thrive under pressure.
