About the role:

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced multi-skilled Plant Operators to join our team working throughout Central Queensland, Central West and Central Northern regions. Works will be required out of town on a rostered basis.

Tasks & responsibilities:

Loading and unloading plant for transportation to various projects

General civil construction site plant and machinery works

Material stockpiling and general site maintenance

Complete scheduled work in line with our company values, baseline standards and principles

Safe work practices are essential.

Adhere to the company systems and processes

Qualifications & experience:

Experienced operators for excavator, front end loader, skid steer loader and roller.

Experience in civil construction and working in the rail corridor - preferred.

Ability to carry out various civil site work tasks within a team environment is essential.

Current MC/HR/HC truck licence - preferred.

White/Blue card - Work Safely in the Construction Industry.

Ability to pass Category 3 Rail Medical.

Adhere to safety measures and basic maintenance of machinery.

Experienced in interpreting plans and specifications, setting out and executing works.

Written and verbal communication skills.
