About the role

Medkare Medical Centre is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team in Dulwich Hill, NSW. This is a part-time role (15-25 hours/week), offering flexibility and a great work-life balance. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients.

What you'll be doing

Assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care for patients with a range of medical conditions

Administering medications and treatments as per doctor's orders

Monitoring patient health and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records

Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients

What we're looking for

A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Experience in a general medical or surgical nursing role is a plus

Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach

Proficient in managing medications and following safety protocols

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
