We’re partnering with a leading ASX-listed SaaS company, headquartered in Singapore, delivering enterprise software solutions to governments, education institutions, and large corporates across APAC. As part of their next phase of global expansion, they’re seeking a Group General Manager to own product, technology strategy, and commercial growth across one of their flagship SaaS portfolios.

About the Role:
You’ll lead a geographically distributed team of 120+ across Product Development, Architecture, Customer Support, and Operations, owning full P&L accountability for a portfolio driving significant revenue growth.
While you’ll bring a strong technical foundation in software engineering and architecture, this role is firmly positioned as a business leadership opportunity, shaping long-term product strategy, scaling high-performing teams, and delivering operational excellence.

ERP expertise is essential, particularly in scheduling and complex workflows.
Some travel across Australia and Singapore will be required (2–4 times per year maximum), supporting executive collaboration and regional expansion.

You’ll Bring:

• Strong technical roots (10+ years’ foundation in engineering and architecture)
• Proven leadership of senior executives and geographically dispersed teams
• Whole commercial ownership experience, including P&L, growth strategy, and resource optimisation
• Deep knowledge of SaaS ERP ecosystems, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise solution scaling
• Brisbane-based or open to relocation (with occasional travel to Singapore and APAC hubs)
