We are currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Kitchen Hand to join our team and support our daily kitchen operations.

Role Overview:
As a Kitchen Hand at Evolution Early Learning, you will play a vital role in assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen areas, and ensuring the smooth running of our meal service operations. Your contributions will directly impact the well-being and nutrition of our children and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with food preparation under the guidance of the chef or kitchen supervisor

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas

Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

Support the kitchen team in maintaining inventory and organizing supplies

Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times

Complete daily cleaning tasks as directed

Complete food preparation as directed

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience as a kitchen hand or in a similar role preferred

Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen procedures

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Team player with good communication skills
