We currently have a position available for an all-around plant operator (FEL, excavator, crusher and screener) who is a highly motivated and professionally minded individual. We are seeking someone who can demonstrate a focus on safety and experience in plant operations.

Responsibilities:

• Proficiently operate machinery
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Complete pre-starts and basic maintenance of machinery
• Record and report any issues or incidents
• Complete all required safety documentation before commencing works
• Any other operation and basic maintenance tasks, as required.

Requirements:

• Experienced in crushing and screening operations
• Loader and excavator experience
• Physically fit, able to work in a variety of locations and a range of weather conditions
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize workload to ensure smooth running of operations
• Able to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment
• Be able to diagnose issues and provide solutions

Qualifications:

• Current driver’s license
• Experienced in crushing operations
