About the role

Grace Worldwide (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced MR Driver to join our team based in Mayfield West, NSW. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the company's road transport operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of goods to our valued customers.

We are looking to invest in your growth, offering opportunities for upskilling to a team leader role and obtaining a truck license.

What you'll be doing

Operate MR vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all relevant traffic laws and regulations

Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and delivered intact

Maintain accurate vehicle logs and trip records

Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any issues or maintenance requirements

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Follow all company policies and procedures to support overall business operations

What we're looking for

Current MR driver's licence and a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of road rules and safe driving practices

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to safety

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required

Good physical fitness to handle the demands of the role

Keep a neat appearance, respect others, wear the uniform, be punctual, and show enthusiasm for learning and growth.

As part of the recruitment process, the successful candidate will be required to complete a National Police check. Employment will be subject to receiving a satisfactory result from this check.
