The role is to prepare healthy nutritious meals for school aged customers at an environmental education site located on the southern gold coast. We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate of 30 hours per week Monday - Friday through the school term working 9 day fortnights, every second Friday off, with school holidays off.

We are looking for a very organized capable cook and kitchen all-rounder who works very cleanly to join our team with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen, who loves working with kids. Applicant needs to have strong understanding of food allergies and intolerances.

Must be able to work autonomously and within a great team environment.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, HACCP record keeping and health and safety guidelines and general kitchen cleanliness.

Must have a blue card for working with children and your own vehicle and license.

Hospitality qualifications are preferred.
