We are currently seeking a Relationship Therapist and/or an EMDR Therapist with experience working with relationships and couples to join our team. Applicants must have availability to work face-to-face with clients in our Balmain East clinic and Woollahra clinic. Applications are open to Registered Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Counsellors, and Family Therapists, who are passionate about client-centred care.

We are looking for a highly experienced relationship therapist who has worked with couples in a clinical capacity for 4+ years. Work hours per week and start date will be negotiated depending on your availability. This can include a combination of weekdays and evenings across both clinic locations.

We also offer full-time administrative support from our lovely front-desk team who take care of all intake processes. We ensure that your designated clients are the right fit for you, based on your strengths, knowledge and therapeutic style.

We are a private-billing practice whose focus is solely on providing effective therapy to our clients. Our therapists are employed and paid on a sole trader/contractor basis.

Please note: this job opening is not open to telehealth-only therapists. Face-to-face availability is essential.

Essential criteria:

· Registration with relevant regulatory body (i.e. AHPRA, PACFA, ACA);

· At least 4+ years’ experience working with couples in a clinical capacity;

· Training and qualification in couples, family, and/or systemic therapy;

· Excellent communication and adaptable personality;

· Willingness to work flexible hours (including evenings) and flexibility to work at both clinic locations (Balmain East and Woollahra).
