About the role

MarvieCare Medical Centre is seeking an experienced and dedicated physiotherapist to join our team in Geraldton, Western Australia. You will be crucial in providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care to our diverse client base. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative environment, delivering high-quality services to improve the health and wellbeing of our patients.

What you'll be doing

Conducting thorough assessments and diagnoses of musculoskeletal conditions

Developing and implementing customised treatment plans to address a range of issues

Performing various procedures, including routine care and management injuries

Educating patients on proper health, preventive care, and self-management strategies

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as GPs, physiotherapists and orthopedists, to provide holistic patient care

Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with professional and regulatory standards

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our podiatry services and the overall patient experience

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy / Podiatry

Minimum 1 years of experience practicing in a clinical setting

Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a strong background in evidence-based practices

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate and empower patients

Commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Exceptional time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
