Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise Production Assembly Team

Collaborate with management to achieve production targets

Ensure staff hours are recorded

Interpret and work from engineering / assembly drawings accurately

Install and fit out fleet trade vehicles to company standards.

Ensure hand and power tools are used effectively and safely

Maintain a clean and organised workspace for safety and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

Team leadership experience

Vehicle body building and fit-out experience

Knowledge and experience with hand and power tools

Strong work ethic and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills.

Experience with engineering drawings is advantageous
