To contribute to the design, management and delivery of significant organisational projects in building capability in leading managing and supporting improvement initiatives. This position is responsible for developing change resources and guidance materials and supporting change initiatives across the orginisation.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with a community and network of change leaders across the department.
• Liaise with Subject Matter Experts, project team and key stakeholders across organization to source and package enterprise training material to be suitable for delivery to external contractors.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and develop appropriate training solutions.
• Understand training requirements and approaches for Onboarding and Train the Trainer programs.

About you:

• Proven ability to design and develop innovative resources and solutions, which consider contemporary change management practices and approaches, and user experience in the design process.
• Proven ability to work effectively and deliver results in an environment of ambiguity and uncertainty.
• High level research, conceptual, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities in a complex environment.
• Available for interview this week and start ASAP!
