What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Electrician with NRG Industrial, you’ll work on a variety of tasks that keep the mining industry running smoothly. Your role will include:

Down Days (Wash plants, Draglines, Shovels, and more)

Shutdowns – Major maintenance and repairs to keep operations on track

Shift Relief – Provide support across various mines

Ad-hoc Maintenance – Tackle maintenance requests as they arise

Major/Minor Project Works – From electrical wiring to large-scale equipment overhauls

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

A QLD Electrical Licence

A strong commitment to safety

Ability to work well in a team environment

Analytical thinking to deliver effective solutions

Reliable work ethic and the ability to adapt on the job

Desirable:

Coal Board Medical

Standard 11 mining induction

Working at Heights and Confined Space certifications

Experience with Gas Atmospheric Testing
