Front Office Coordinator

As the first smiling face our patients see, you’ll be the heart of our concierge-style front office team. Your mission is to deliver seamless, memorable experiences and contribute to the smooth running of our practices every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.

Manage appointment schedules with precision and attention to detail.

Handle private pay booth transactions confidentially and accurately.

Support the practice's daily operations by collaborating with the clinical and management teams.

About You:

A true people-person with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently.

Previous experience in customer service, medical/dental reception highly desirable.

Experience with Exact dental software is highly regarded.
