About the role

Lash Bar Australia is seeking an experienced Lash & Beauty Therapist to join our growing team, in our Milton Salon. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule, with full and ongoing training in our treatments and protocols, and offers a clear pathway to an Assistant Manager position for the right candidate. You will be responsible for providing high-quality lash and beauty services to our valued clients in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.

What you'll be doing

Performing a range of lash and beauty treatments, including eyelash extensions, face and body waxing, tinting, lifts, lamination, tanning, facials and more

Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, following all health and safety protocols

Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills

Contributing to the overall success of the Lash Bar Australia team

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Lash & Beauty Therapist, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services

Formal qualifications in lash and beauty treatments, such as a Certificate III or IV in Beauty Services

Make-up, nails, and cosmetic tattoo preferred, but not essential.

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a personalised, welcoming experience for clients

Excellent time management and multitasking skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques

Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for precision

Evening and Saturday availability
