Full-time position. Immediate start is available. Monday - Friday, no weekends. 6.00am - 2.00pm work hours. Family owned business and friendly team work environment.

We are a well established business in Molendinar/Nerang on the Gold Coast with long-term customers.

We are currently seeking an experienced Delivery/Courier Truck Driver to deliver our cartons of bathroom products to trade and retail customers in our company LR truck.

We seek someone whom has the following skills and attributes:

• A current and valid Light Rigid (LR) or higher Truck Licence is essential for the role.
• Able to prepare an efficient route for the day for the common 5 to 8 delivery destinations from Gold Coast to Brisbane run.
• Able to correctly tie off loads and avoid damage.
• Able to manually unload truck
• Able to correctly handle delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures.
• Able to ring our customer 30min prior to arrival with our company phone, use our phone GPS, and to take photo and video of delivered items.
• Able to work to time schedules and maintain a good work environment.
• Has attention to detail and possesses initiative.
• Friendly attitude with our customers.
• Team player that is willing to help warehouse team when needed
• Physically fit, strong and healthy. Able to lift heavy items. All items are in cartons. Truck has a tail gate and trolley to assist with deliveries.
• Main duty involved is delivering multiple orders (approx. 5 - 8 daily destinations) to trade (site) and retail customers (garage) in our company truck, leaving and returning from our warehouse in Molendinar (QLD) on the Gold Coast.
