THE OPPORTUNITY

Our architecturally designed 140-place centre in Ellen Grove (located near Forest Lake State School) will cater for children aged six weeks to six years, where our core values of Bravery, Accountability, Sparking Curiosity, and Kindness underpin everything we do.

We're seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our new Ellen Grove team with loyalty and commitment. This is an exceptional opportunity to build and shape a new team while working alongside a dedicated leadership team including an Administration Leader, Educational Leader and Assistant Centre Manager.

Essential Criteria:

Demonstrated leadership experience in early childhood education

Strong business acumen and operational management skills

Excellent team building and mentoring capabilities

Proven track record in establishing and maintaining community partnerships

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Deep understanding of NQF, EYLF, and QKLG frameworks

Desirable Criteria:

Experience in opening and establishing a brand new childcare centre

Familiarity with OWNA software

Proficiency in Microsoft 365

Understanding of inquiry-based curriculum and project-based learning

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent

Current Blue Card (or ability to obtain)

First Aid/CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management certificates

Proven leadership experience in early childhood education
