About the role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead the team at the Knox location.
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for running all aspects of the store, leading a team to achieve sales targets, ensuring strong customer engagement, and maintaining operational excellence.
You will have full accountability for team development, stock management, visual merchandising, and creating a fun, supportive work environment. This is a hands-on role for a leader who loves to be on the floor, engaging customers, and inspiring their team.

Key skills & experience

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.

A passion for technology, gaming, entertainment, or electronics (preferred but not essential).

Strong leadership and coaching skills - you know how to build a team that wants to win together.

Confidence in managing stock, cash handling, store operations, and visual merchandising.

An energetic, hands-on approach - you lead from the front, not the back office!

Excellent customer service skills and a real focus on delivering great experiences.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
