Due to ongoing growth and success, we are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Specialist to join our Dulwich Hill store. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will bring your passion for customer service and sales to a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in sales, customer service, or the trades
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and sales targets
• A solid understanding of tools and power tools
• A motivated, energetic team player
• Basic computer skills

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Processing over-the-counter and phone sales
• Providing accurate advice on products, features, and services
• Promoting current specials and promotional offers
• Resolving customer queries and complaints effectively
• Assisting with merchandising and maintaining store displays
• Working one weekend shift per week on an 11-day roster
