We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our Melbourne-based team. You’ll enjoy a diverse and rewarding caseload across community, clinic, and Telehealth settings, all while working in a positive, flexible, and supportive environment.
At Four Point Therapy, there are no billable targets or unrealistic KPIs. Our focus is simple: empowering you to deliver ethical, high-quality care, with a focus on work-life balance. Experience in the NDIS is preferred but not essential — we welcome passionate therapists who are ready to make an impact!
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
Valid AHPRA Registration
NDIS experience preferred but not essential
ABN required – we can help set one up
Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
Current Police Check
Current Working With Children Check (Employee)
Strong clinical reasoning skills and use of evidence-based assessments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Great time management and ability to meet deadlines
Laptop and reliable internet connection
Passion for building strong relationships with Participants and their support teams
About the Role
Deliver community-based, in-clinic, and Telehealth Occupational Therapy services to NDIS Participants across Melbourne
Minimum 2+ days per week (10+ hours weekly)
Provide services to both NDIS-funded and private clients
Receive direct clinical support from our experienced Senior Therapists
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team – Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Psychologists
Liaise with NDIS Support Coordinators, providers, and key stakeholders

Generous pay rate based on experience ($100–$120/hr guaranteed)
