We are an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation providing culturally safe legal and non-legal support to victim-survivors of domestic, family, and sexual violence across 45+ remote NT communities. Learn more at naafls.com.au.
The Role
Join our Leaving Violence Program delivering short-term, trauma-informed case management for Aboriginal clients experiencing violence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct safety and risk assessments
Help clients build and follow safety plans
Connect clients with legal, financial, and social supports
Work closely with NAAFLS legal and casework teams
Participate in community visits and file reviews
About You
You must identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander (per Sec 8(1), RDA 1975).
We welcome people with lived experience and strong community connections — formal qualifications are not required.

Requirements: NT Driver’s Licence, Ochre Card, and a clear Criminal History Check.
