Bar Lead / Cocktail Specialist – FunHaus Factory, Gosford

FunHaus Factory is looking for a confident, creative Bar Lead to join our award-winning team across our Arts Bar and Festival Pop-ups!
Starting at 23–28 hours per week, this role will grow as we move into our exciting new space in the beating heart of the Gosford High street!

About the Role:
You'll be leading bar service, creating innovative cocktails, managing inventory, and contributing to our mission to build a happier, healthier, more welcoming Gosford. If you love to wear many hats, take big pride in your work and are an experienced and creative Cocktail bartender we would love for you to join the team in our busy Arts bar & across Festivals (Pop up).

Daily tasks include cocktail creation, wine & drinks service, artist and guest hospitality, keeping ontop of fridges and stock and general venue operations. Admin experience with Square, Deputy, Xero, Excel or Canva is a bonus (but not mandatory).

You Are:

An experienced bartender (min 3 years) passionate about cocktails and great service

Consistent, reliable, and love working in a team

Flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving environment

Great at communicating and pride yourself on customer experience

Career-focused or growing a side hustle alongside your creative dreams

Must have rights to work in Australia
