Found Developments is looking for an experienced Civil Project Engineer for an immediate start.

This position is a full-time ongoing role, working 38 hours per week based in Perth, WA.

The Civil Project Engineer will be responsible for the following main duties:

a. Coordinating the planning, design, and delivery of residential civil works, including land subdivision infrastructure.
b. Examining engineering drawings and specifications to assess project scope, estimate costs, and manage construction budgets.
c. Conducting feasibility studies by reviewing architectural and engineering documentation to estimate the cost of civil works and support informed project decisions.
d. Organising site activities and the delivery of construction materials and equipment, coordinating with subcontractors and consultants to ensure alignment with project programs.
e. Supervising site works to ensure compliance with technical documentation, safety regulations, and quality standards.
f. Liaising with consultants, contractors, and government authorities to secure approvals and ensure timely project delivery.

For this position, it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications and work experience:

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

At least 3 years of full-time relevant work experience in civil construction or land development projects.
