Our service at Miranda OSHClub is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engagement programs for our primary-age children. This is a 27.5 hours per week opportunity to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.

About the role
Co-managing a team of Educators, you'll have the perfect balance of support and leadership opportunities. You will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years, with the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

• Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
• Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
• Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
• Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

Who are we looking for?
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:

• Enjoy working with kids
• Strong and clear communication
• Team player with a desire to become a service leader
• Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children
