About the role

Sharp Az Logistics Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Heavy Ridgid Driver to join our team in Murarrie, Queensland. This is a full-time position with both day and night shift opportunities available.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating heavy ridgid vehicles to transport goods and products across various destinations (Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast)

Conducting pre-trip vehicle inspections and reporting any issues or maintenance requirements

Adhering to all road rules, traffic regulations and company policies to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of goods

Maintaining accurate delivery records and documentation

Assisting with loading and unloading of vehicles as required

Providing excellent customer service to clients

What we're looking for

Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence and a proven track record of safe heavy vehicle operation

Experience in the road transport or logistics industry, preferably in a heavy vehicle driver role

Strong knowledge of road rules, traffic regulations and safe driving practices

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Good communication and customer service skills
