About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and market expansion for Clicklad. This is a full-time role with the flexibility to work remotely. You’ll play a key role in shaping our marketing presence across digital and traditional channels while supporting the business’s rapid growth in the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals

• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, events)

• Oversee social media, content creation, and digital advertising

• Create compelling and consistent messaging for all communications

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, and distributors

• Lead content development across email, website, blogs, and press

• Monitor analytics and report on marketing performance and ROI

• Connect with B2B suppliers and promote our product in targeted sectors

We’re Interested in Hearing from People Who Have:

• 2+ years of marketing experience (B2B or construction sector a strong plus)

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and branding

• Proficiency in SEO, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools

• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative

• A creative mindset and a passion for sustainable innovation
