Your role:

60% - servicing our water filtration systems in homes

30% - new installations of water filtration products

10% - minor plumbing maintenance work (as needed)

Meeting new people

Some overnight travel will be needed for customer coverage on regional trips

Possible travel interstate for customer coverage but this is rare

Day-to-day responsibilities:

Installation of new systems

Servicing and Repairs

Minor plumbing maintenance work - replacing taps/flick mixers replacing waste traps/double bowl connectors

Product explanation to customers

Stock management including ordering

Cash handling

Vehicle upkeep

About you:

Maintenance Plumber preferred - Minimum two years hands-on experience - sorry no apprentices.

Fit and health – medical history check required

Supply a current national police check (less than 3 months old)

Minimum have a current NSW plumbing registration

Ability to gain NSW plumbing registration if you have any other interstate plumbing registration

Technical aptitude

Valid driver's license

Tech-savviness (tablet use)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Flexibility with hours

What We Offer:

No prior water filtration experience is required—we’ll provide comprehensive training at our Gold Coast training center and ongoing support after you hit the road.

A varied role that focuses on water filter installations, water filter servicing and minor plumbing maintenance, with less emphasis on traditional technical plumbing tasks - digging trenches or using a jetter
