About the Role

Reporting to our QLD based General Manager and leading the team at our Cairns branch, your focus will be on achieving strong results through service quality and exceptional client relationships.

This challenging and exciting role will provide you with the autonomy to make your mark!

About You

You may be a current Operations Manager looking to step into your first leadership role and grow with our business, or a seasoned Manager looking for a change of scenery.

Success Factors:

3+ years Operations Management experience, ideally including project management.

Business acumen including well-honed influencing and negotiation skills.

Previous experience in budget management, with a demonstrated track record of exceeding targets and delivering strong financial results.

Advanced written and verbal communication skills, ability to engage with key stakeholders across all business functions including sales, administration and operations.

Customer service orientation, problem solving skills and drive to go above and beyond to deliver client outcomes.
