As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced civil Estimator to join our dynamic team.

We are currently looking for a Civil Estimator with extensive experience in earthmoving projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our pre-civil and demolition team, contributing to the success of securing projects by providing accurate and competitive estimates.

Duties include:

Estimating and developing new tenders

Preparation of detailed cost estimates.

Creating project budgets.

Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.

Preparation of Bills of Quantities.

Preparation of project programs and methodologies.

Assisting with Managing and monitoring projects and work scope from initial set up to completion

compliance with WHS

Budget and cost reporting

liase with clients ensuring projects are delivered to contractual requirements

Requirements include:

Minimum 5 years of Civil Estimating experience

A Bachelor Degree qualified in civil engineering

minimum 5 years experience in the civil construction industry

Experience in reading plans and providing detailed take offs.

excellent communication skills

High level of negotiation and analytical skills.

Effective time management of workflow to meet tender deadlines.

Ability to work without management direction.

Sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications

Strong project management skills
