Essential Criteria:

Previous Sales background

A proven track record of sales targets being consistently met

Self-motivated

Outstanding customer service

Exceptional communication skills

On point time management skills

Competitive nature with a proactive attitude and drive to succeed

Duties will include:

Meet and greet potential and existing members

Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets

Lead Generation

Developing relationships with local businesses

Drive marketing and advertising campaigns

Making outbound calls to new and prospective customers

Providing a positive customer experience for existing and potential new members
