The Role
Ventura Bus Drivers lead the way in providing a trustworthy service across public transport route, school and charter. We are searing for passionate people who want to service their community, whilst delivering exceptional customer experiences in the safe transportation of passengers.
In return, we offer on-going support, assistance in obtaining MR Licence and training to our drivers, along with table employment in a secure industry. Additionally, we offer top industry rates, and our Bus Drivers are provided with ample opportunities to maximise their earning potential through different avenues of the business.
Applicants will be working a rotating roster, which may include weekends, early morning and late-night shifts.

What are we looking for?
- A current valid Victorian Drivers Licence or higher
- Availability to work shift work
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Safe driving record
- High regard for safety
- Ability to obtain relevant medical and background clearances including Driver’s Accreditation and Working With Children Card (WWCC).
- Two annual pay increases
