Cyber Security Specialist - Lead Operational Security & Uplift

Your Role Will Include:

• Managing and responding to cyber incidents
• Maintaining and improving security tooling (CrowdStrike, Cisco Meraki, Azure)
• Operationalising roadmap items across cloud and infrastructure environments
• Partnering with internal teams and an external SOC to uplift cyber maturity
• Supporting risk, control, and compliance initiatives
• Leading vulnerability management, pen testing coordination, and playbook reviews

About You:

• 5-8+ years in Cyber Security or IT Security Operations
• Strong experience with incident response, vulnerability management, and cloud tooling
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and vendors
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks like APRA CPS 234 or CPS 230
• Experience with Azure, CrowdStrike, Meraki, and scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell)
