The Role

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our crew full time. You’ll work on a range of projects from luxury pool installs to stunning landscape builds. This is a hands-on role with room to grow, surrounded by a supportive team that takes real pride in their work.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Assisting with pool installs, landscaping & earthworks

• Concreting – formwork, screeding, finishing

• Tiling and paving

• Hand and power tools use

• Basic plumbing

• General site preparation

What We’re Looking For

• Fit and able to work outdoors in all weather

• Good attitude, solid work ethic, and team-first mindset

• Able to work independently and take initiative

• Driver’s license essential (MR/HR a bonus)

• Experience in tiling or paving is favourable but not essential

• Concreting experience is a bonus

• Open to occasional regional travel (not regular)
