An opportunity exists for a casual Warehouse Pick and Packer at our foodservice branch located in Darwin.

About the role:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful applicant will be required to pick and load goods, ensuring the picking of goods and loading of trucks is conducted accurately. This is a physical position with some heavy lifting. Training on in-house systems will be provided.

Duties:

Pick and assemble goods accurately

Load trucks

Adhere to time constraints and maintain product integrity

Ability to work in the freezer storage area at minus 25 degree temperatures

Flexibility as overtime may be required

Skills and Experience:

Forklift licence

Be physically fit as some heavy lifting is required

Good written and verbal communications skills

Previous warehouse experience and delivery experience is desirable but not essential
