We’re looking for a driven and experienced Senior Floor Supervisor to bring energy, leadership, and expertise to our team. Location: 109 Pascoe Vale Road, Moonee Ponds
Position: Casual, 4-5 days per week

What We’re Looking For

At least two years of experience in a fast-paced FOH role (perfect role if you're looking to develop your management/senior leadership skills).

A genuine passion for hospitality, customer engagement, and high-quality service.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to motivate and mentor a team to maintain service excellence.

A proactive mindset with a strong focus on efficiency and attention to detail.

Confidence in using POS systems (LIGHTSPEED) to streamline operations.

Full weekend availability .

Current RSA Certificate.
