The pharmacist is responsible and accountable for the efficient and accurate provision of medicines and health information to consumers.

1. Prepare prescriptions in a timely, efficient and accurate manner, including confirming accuracy of prescriptions dispensed by non-pharmacists

2. Assist in the provision of Dose Administration Aids, including confirming accuracy of DAAs packed by non-pharmacists

3. Counsel consumers on their medication (both prescription and over-the-counter products) in an up-todate, evidence based manner

4. Collaborate and maintain relationships with local health professionals

5. Perform simple extemporaneous compounding on request

6. Participate in staged supply and/or opioid substitution programs

The position will be Monday to Friday 9-6pm with Saturday 9-1pm
