Victorian Imaging Specialists is a modern, purpose-built medical imaging clinic delivering X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound services. We’re locally owned and operated by radiographers and radiologists with over 50 years of combined clinical experience. The Role

As our Diagnostic Radiographer, you’ll play an integral role in delivering high-quality imaging and contributing to a strong clinical team environment. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position working across general X-ray, CT, and/or MRI depending on your skill set. Training across the range of modalities will be offered to the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures
- Support patient comfort, safety, and quality throughout the scan journey
- Collaborate with experienced radiologists, sonographers, and fellow radiographers
- Contribute to efficient workflows and a high standard of image quality
- Maintain compliance with radiation safety protocols and patient privacy standards

What We’re Looking For

- AHPRA registration as a Radiographer (required)
- Experience with Siemens equipment preferred, but not essential
- Confidence in general radiography, with additional skills in CT or MRI highly regarded
- Professional, team-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
- A genuine focus on image quality, not just output
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
