The opportunity

As a Furniture Home Delivery Driver at AMS Global Logistics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless and efficient delivery of furniture to our valued customers across the NSW Metro & North / South region. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic logistics team, delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Safely transport and deliver furniture to customer homes using company vehicles

Assist with loading and unloading of furniture, ensuring items are handled with the utmost care

Provide excellent customer service by keeping customers informed of delivery status and addressing any concerns

Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of company vehicles

Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations

Support the Logistics team in various administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

Drivers need a valid MR or higher driver's license and experience in furniture delivery or a related field

Strong customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and safely

Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items

A team player with effective communication skills
